2.  Lumosity®-  Provides the best combination of value and cost.  It is uniquely suited at providing high level brain training games supported by its own substantial research and development fund and a much lower subscription cost.  Plus, it even offers a free trial so you can test their brain training online games for yourself. 

3.  Cognifit®- This Israeli company offers a nice comprehensive brain training product that has many of the benefits of the above two.  Its price point is between the two products and it offers a good quality multi-sensory program. 

4.  Dakim®- this is a relatively new company that previously focused only on retirement homes and other centers, but has now shifted to personal use.  This company boasts a touch screen computer that many older people will invariably like.  However, it is too early to tell the value of their personal offering.

5.  Happy Neuron®- is a low cost brain training game provider.  The games are not as high quality as other options and they are without sound.  In addition, the interface is a bit cumbersome.  However, they do have some science to support them and they do offer a low price.
