Listen to the language they use in describing the product.  Although it is good to hear the game was fun to play, what you really want to hear is that they feel smarter or function better after using the programs.  Also, it is ideal to know that the games are somewhat addictive and relatively easy to setup.  Some of the weaker game systems have difficult setups that delay playing which aggravates the whole process. 

4.  A higher dollar value dictates more value in this field.
