Posit Science Brain Fitness Programs™ are created by Posit Science™. The company was founded by the world famous neuroscientist Dr. Michael Merzenich and CEO Steven Aldrich. Dr. Michael Merzenich is well known for his scientific findings regarding neuroplasticity.  He is one of the early pioneers in brain plasticity or neuroplasticity research. His early findings on primates have helped show that the brain is indeed malleable. For example, positscience’s first game the Brain Fitness Program™ is developed to improve auditory processing and memory, while its latest program, Cortex with InSight™, focuses on the brain’s visual processing and memory.  

Brain Fitness Program Classic™ is an easy to use program that works on your pc and is designed to accommodate differing lifestyles so it can help you if you can only train for 15 minutes or over an hour. It comes with six program classic games:  

(1) High or Low? ™ which helps with auditory processing speed, 

(2) Tell Us Apart™ which helps with being able to discriminate between sounds,

This program was reviewed by the IMPACT study.  It is one of the largest studies evaluating brain training programs.  Its findings showed among other things that seniors and older adults benefited the most by seeing:

a. Better performance in short term memory that equates to 10+ year improvement on average.

b. Faster brain processing speed of 131%. This means people could process information more than twice as fast as they could prior to taking the course.

It was made to improve driving ability and to develop visual improvement in cognitive skills. The entire program costs $395 to $495 depending on whether you get a single user or two user version. Personal Review 

It is no secret that the brain fitness games of Posit Science work.  Any true Posit Science Review will show this.  They are the most scientifically backed programs on the market. The testimonials by customers and their scientific findings are a testament to this fact.
