Facts & Company Profile
Mega Memory® is a book and/or audio tapes program
made by Kevin Trudeau. This program was made popular through late
night tv infomercials that advocated its ability to give customers a better memory or even a photographic
memory. Unfortunately, the FTC determined this product’s advertising
was false as it did not give a photographic memory to customers causing the company to settle out of
court.

Product Description
The Mega Memory ® system focuses on teaching customers basic memory training
skills that include developing a peg system, visualization drills, and associations. The aspects promoted are adaptations of existing memory techniques that have
been used for hundreds of years.
Benefits
- Basic introduction to some
proven memory improvement techniques.
Drawbacks
- Program’s author Kevin Trudeau
settled out of court with the FTC for false advertising regarding this product’s failure to deliver a
“photographic memory”.
- Program does not offer in
truly new memory training techniques and is merely an adaptation of existing
techniques.
Personal Review
Although this program is one that a
great many people are familiar with due to the tv infomercial marketing blitz, it is not a great memory training
product. A number of other products do more for memory improvement
and go much further with memory techniques in the past. For this
reason, I recommend you look at other more substantial programs first.
