Product Description
The
You Can’t Beat Me book offers a no nonsense look at memory
improvement. No fads or gimmicks are given here as its focus is on
providing straight-forward advice. It takes a look at common memory
methods like associations and peg systems and shows the difficulties with these methods. In fact, it points out that most sold memory systems are variations of three
main methods that have been around for several hundred years.
However, it also offers ways and tips on how you can legitimately improve your memory. It follows the main theme that memory can be improved upon and is
malleable. In this way, it is quite amazing considering it was
written prior to the recent discoveries in neuroplasticity.
It offers a book in pdf form and
audio books. The audio books are a nice addition because you can save these to your computer and later burn them to a cd or add
it onto your mp3 player for when you are working out or jogging. In
addition, it comes with a number of bonuses as well. Plus, there is
a memory workbook that goes along with the service.

Personal
Review
I have personally reviewed this
product and found it to be a timeless narrative to existing memory improvement. If you are looking for a
good product to start with, this product can save you a great deal of time and money as it can pinpoint what
works and what does not. I particularly found the historical
background helpful as it showed how existing memory training programs have evolved pointing back to their
origin. Although the material is a little dated at points, the
original book was written in 1913, Sten M. Andersen has taken steps to help the material along where some
language would be not normally known by most readers. The result is
the creation of product that is timeless in its value to memory learners.
